Single and Double Row
XMEK offers precision hardened ball bearings manufactured from steel (chrome and stainless) and tungsten carbide. What separates us from others in the marketplace is the depth of our engineering and diverse product capabilities.
Tungsten Carbide Balls are evaluated using a computer assisted Federal Circular Geometry Gage that is accurate within 2 millionths of an inch to ensure that they conform to ABMA standards or to special customer requirements.
Chrome steel balls are offered in Grades 10 to 200 with Grades 3 and 5 available upon special request. Stainless balls are also offered.
XMEK has a unique blend of application experience in ball bearing applications that span the use of heavy-duty applications such as power transmission to the employment of precision class angular contact ball bearings in optics-gimbal assemblies. The design and integration of bearings into the use of motor and geartrain is also a core competency of ours.
Product families include standard, single row, deep groove ball bearings. Stainless steel materials available.

Computer-controlled machining and metal treatment processing facilities assure product that is size consistent and metallurgically sound. Applications include cylinder rod ends, chassis rod ties, lifting, and crane equipment.

Single and Double Row
Tapered roller bearings are the second most applied rolling element product just behind the application of ball bearings. XMEK has experience not just offering a different version of the size/part number now in use but can also offer alternative solutions for your application. Inch and metric sizes are available primarily in through hardened material with case-hardened available on request.
Standard Designs
We provide an extensive selection of thrust bearings in needle, roller, and ball designs with various cage materials, including steel, brass, and polymer. These bearings are typically used in demanding applications such as pumps, lifting equipment, and oil exploration. Other applications include actuators and valves, machine tools and spindles, cranes, swivels, and oil exploration equipment. Stainless ball and needle thrust bearings are available in small bore sizes.
